Director of Accounts

Our sales team’s overarching objective is to drive company revenue growth through client success. We are building up a team of highly driven individuals that are intelligent, organized and dedicated to working together as a team to accomplish and surpass quarterly and annual objectives. Our team is divided into squads, each one focused on maximizing a territory from landing new clients to maximizing relationships with existing ones. And one of our territory squads is in search of a new leader.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build a team of top performers who collaborate to meet and exceed all squad goals and quotas
  • Acquire new clients; negotiate and sell Pragmatic courses to product, marketing and data executives of Fortune 500 companies, technology powerhouses and industry leaders
  • Maximize revenue from existing clients by building strong, long-lasting customer relationships with multiple touch points
  • Meet and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual quotas and goals on a consistent and ongoing basis
  • Proactively work leads to help them understand which options or solutions are applicable to their situation, demonstrating a proficiency in our course offerings and in understanding client pain points
  • Forecast expected individual and squad wide sales productivity accurately
  • Contribute in weekly meetings with meaningful insights; sharing what’s working and not in your current sales efforts to help the entire sales team close deals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key internal partners

What You’ll Need to Excel:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ experience beating sales quotas
  • Experience managing salespeople or serving as team lead preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in B2B sales environment, particularly within the technology/software industry
  • Strong work ethic and great attitude with high levels of energy, proactivity, professionalism and competitiveness
  • Experience using CRM systems, salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Familiarity with product management and/or data science a plus
  • Very strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently but with a strong appreciation for building a sense of team and working together to improve everyone’s results
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain quality work
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation

Education and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role with a proven track record of success
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales environment, particularly within the technology/software industry
  • Experience using CRM systems, salesforce.com experience preferred

IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager creates and executes project work plans for IT and Business projects and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the organization. In addition to being accountable to direct line Management, the Project Manager will be accountable to and take direction from the VP of Technology. The Project Manager will directly interface with internal customers at the Manager and Director levels. 

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Follows a defined project management methodology, accountable for the detailed planning of steps and resources needed to meet objectives.
  • Monitors and prepares reports to ensure work is progressing to meet the deliverables on time and on or under budget.
  • Manages multiple and medium to large capital and non-capital projects simultaneously.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Effectively applies ITs methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Ensures that in-flights reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all projects.
  • Minimizes IT’s exposure and risk on projects.
  • Solves conflicts and issues in a timely manner, escalating to manager as appropriate.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Manages project budget.
  • Ensures quality control for all projects.
  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to leadership.
  • Provides leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, as well as manages work of outside consultants.
  • Helps define business analysis requirements and specifications.
  • Helps Develop workflows, use cases, data flows, process flows, report specs, mockups and wire frames.
  • Ensure that validated deliverable meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
  • Reports on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations.
  • Works with users to define and document application or process problems.
  • Researches, analyze and evaluates requests for new features and enhancements.
  • Manages and supports quality assurance efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

 Skills and abilities:

  • Possess thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools.
  • Possess strong and tested project management skills, including risk management.
  • Proven abilities in problem management, process analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex and matrixed team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system Design.
  • Possess quality presentation skills and experience in presenting complex plans and designs to executive-level management.
  • Experience with SaaS Solutions (CRM, CMS, and E-Commerce)

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
